Made entirely from reclaimed and remolded PE foam scraps from NEMO’s sleeping pad production, it reduces waste while offering a durable and versatile solution for outdoor and everyday use. Its engineered contours enhance comfort and provide insulation from cold surfaces.

Designed for backpacking, gardening, travel, festivals, and sporting events, the Chipper™ is both environmentally responsible and highly functional. By repurposing foam remnants, its first year of production prevented 8.8 tons of scrap foam from entering landfills and reduced carbon emissions by 48 tons compared to using virgin materials. Optimised for support and resilience, it also features a hexagonal nesting pattern inspired by the Switchback™ pad, ensuring an efficient packed size and lightweight design.
