At Rushfaster Australia, we want you to love your gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 100 days for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return.

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a shipping label.

  Pack and Post

  Carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit and drop off your package at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
